Our theme for this month's workshop is gratitude and we will explore how we appreciate all the things that we can do through a grounding meditation, gentle yoga sequence and calming relaxation.
This session will take place online on Sunday 24 January at 3-4pm.
Please book 1 place (£12) for both of you. If you have yoga mats and props please have them handy but if not, don't worry just make sure you have a quiet space where you can both lie down!
