These are an ideal introduction to yoga for the whole school with sessions ranging from 15 mins (EY) to 30 mins (KS2) giving every child the opportunity to learn simple yoga poses, easy breathing techniques and experience some relaxation.
This series of classes aim to build yoga and mindfulness techniques over a few weeks (typically half -term or termly) helps them to increase body awareness, appreciate their own strengths and develop confidence in their capabilities. Classes are typically split into smaller groups of 15 children.
This workshop is tailored for year 6 pupils who may be anxious about starting secondary school or sitting SATs in their final term. We introduce breathing and mindfulness techniques to help children feel in control of their emotions and learn how best to manage when they feel under pressure.
