Monthly Mother & Daughter Yoga Workshops
A monthly workshop designed to give mothers and daughters space to connect with each other through yoga poses, meditative practices, craft activity and relaxation. Ideal for girls aged 8 and over. Typically held on the last Sunday of every month, each session has a unique theme, enabling you to join as a one-off or regularly. Limited to 6 pairs per workshop.
Back to school booster
Transitioning to a new year or school can be challenging and children may feel overwhelmed by these changes making the return to school an anxious time of year. Yoga has been shown to help children develop techniques for managing their feelings.
This gentle session will include breathing exercises, mindful techniques, calming yoga poses and a soothing relaxation to help prepare children for the new school year.
We run yoga and mindfulness workshops during school holidays that can be booked individually and are a great way to sample our sessions before signing up for a term. Unless indicated otherwise, no previous experience of yoga is required.
